GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR $10,000

Sponsor name in all print and advertising, stage mentions, 400 3-day general admission tickets to use or give away (value $12,000), 10 sets VIP tickets (value $1,000), plenty of banner space, volunteer opportunities, and vendor booth.

 

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR $5,000

Sponsor name in all print and advertising, stage mentions, 150 3-day general admission tickets to use or give away (value $4,500), 5 sets VIP tickets (value $500), plenty of banner space, volunteer opportunities, and vendor booth.

FAMILY LEVEL SPONSOR $1,000

Sponsor name on the website and stage mentions, 20 general admission tickets, some banner space, volunteer opportunities, and vendor booth.

 

BAND SPONSOR (ONE PER BAND) $2,000

Sponsor one of our bands and get 4 sets VIP tickets, meet and greet with the band, on stage presence for 4 people during that bands play.

 

MAC-V STAND DOWN SPONSOR $7,000 pending

It costs us about $7,000 to host the MAC-V Stand Down on the Friday of The Tribute Fest, everything having to do with the event would have your name on it.  This is one of the best deals going as it is major reason why we are doing this event.  Includes breakfast and a gourmet meal for lunch (nothing is too good for our Veterans), all the tents and accessories to host the Stand down.  Includes 50 tickets.

 

HOT AIR BALLOON SPONSOR $2,000

Sponsor pays for the balloon and gets its banner rights and includes 10 people to ride the balloon if it goes up.  This is the MIA – POW hot air balloon.  Includes 15 Festival 3-day tickets.

 

SECOND STAGE SPONSOR $5,000

This is the local stage where all the local talent play hoping to get on the main stage the next year.  Larger banner on stage and 100 tickets.

 

TRADE SPONSOR

The Tribute Fest will trade tickets straight up for services or products donated to our event.  Dollar for dollar.

 

VOLUNTEER OPORTUNITIES

The Tribute Fest volunteers are its’ most important asset.  People come from hundreds of miles to help make this event a success.  When you are part of our volunteer program you receive the annual t-shirt, 3 day passes to The Tribute Fest, food, beverages, discounts at the clothing tent and our undying love and affection.  Oh yea, free parking also.

 

In the end it is all about helping those who need it.  We can make a difference for a couple of days with a great festival or provide a great meal and have a place where Veterans can go to get a little help.  When it is over all our profits from the event are turned over to   MAC-V and used exclusively in the Duluth area.
